"I am living my dream, sharing the great things that Muay Thai training can do for ANYONE, any age, and at any fitness level. Training this way on a regular basis can change your life. I believe with all my heart that in my 42 years of training I have learned a few things that gives me the great pleasure of passing it on to all of those who want to never stop learning!"
